You know it’s going to be a great comment when it starts with telling me I didn’t understand a book. You could just stop there. I know I wanted to. But I read what you wrote and I found I disagreed 100%. So you can keep driving companies to do the wrong things, pretending to be at speed and scale, and I’ll focus on quality. We can check in in a few years and see who has created more disruption, change, and customer satisfaction. :)
