We can't just say JIRA because CX/UX don't think in story points or fractals or T-shirts. I'm thinking in real hours, and even project is different.
And you can't get into ML or scenarios if you don't have good data to start with. Many in CX/UX have never logged their time closely and seen what low, medium, or high quality work of different types took them. They need to start. :)
