  1. We need to stop fighting over are they users, are they customers, are they humans, are they life forces, etc.
  2. You called health care providers “secondary customers.” That makes them customers. Everybody who can touch our products or services are potential or current customers. Partners are a form of customer, IMO.
  3. CX is a catch all term. UX as a term is now failing us. We’re on like year 20 of people thinking we sketch screens and make pretty screens. We can head into year 21+ of trying to convince them they’re wrong, or we can try another term, especially one that has a movement behind it already.
