- We need to stop fighting over are they users, are they customers, are they humans, are they life forces, etc.
- You called health care providers “secondary customers.” That makes them customers. Everybody who can touch our products or services are potential or current customers. Partners are a form of customer, IMO.
- CX is a catch all term. UX as a term is now failing us. We’re on like year 20 of people thinking we sketch screens and make pretty screens. We can head into year 21+ of trying to convince them they’re wrong, or we can try another term, especially one that has a movement behind it already.
