UI/UX isn’t a thing. That’s renamed visual design. That’s unlikely to help you find product-market fit.
Research is extremely important. We help you not just prove the things but learn what should be built. Stop guessing. There is nothing Lean about cycles of guesses. Lean says that if you are not delivering value to the customer, that’s Lean waste you should cut.
You can call what I wrote unfair, but you appear to not really understand CX/UX, what we do, how, or why. You seem to just dismiss that research isn’t that important. Lots of people feel that way, and yet 90+% of startups are failing. Maybe when we decide that proper research done correctly is important, we’ll see more startup success and less waste.
