That’s not what I’m suggesting at all. I write very deliberately. Design thinking is garbage, and I am not recommending it at all. It was an IDEO cash grab trying to commoditize UX, and I don’t agree with it at all.

I can give more credit to others if you’d like, but Eric’s name is on the book and I’m talking about the book. Who should get credit for something I’m suggesting we abandon might not be worth debating. :)
