My first advice is to learn a lot of cognitive psych, behavior, and information architecture. That will help you stand out from everybody else doing courses and bootcamps that teach little or none of those things. But the education isn’t in place yet… Don Norman claims to be working on that, and I’m curious what he will come up with.
