It sounds like you're interviewing lots of people who did bootcamps and online courses, and their "process" isn't something they could really explain. They are following what the course said to do, and usually don't know why they are doing it.

We shouldn't have to be good or good enough at every activity end to end. Our company believes in specialists and hires them in other areas. Why can't we have specialists too? Play to people's strengths.
