Hi, Jezz. You seem to believe that I invented the idea of using Lean or LSS for software, products, and other things companies offer. I did not. This is quite common. The LSS green belt course I’m 50% through assumed you were working in tech/IT/software and not a factory, plant, or manufacturing.

If you would like to complain that these two cannot be compared, or that something used for manufacturing can’t be repurposed or superimposed over something that isn’t manufacturing, you will have a lot of other sources, writers, and trainers to talk to.

I agree with them. I believe that original Lean and LSS can absolutely be utilized outside of factories and manufacturing. I will continue doing this. :)
