Certainly agree. And it’s sad that most people’s introduction to Lean isn’t even Lean. This is fake Lean. Look up Toyota’s Lean and Lean Six Sigma for approaches that are about getting it right the first time, mitigating risk, and reducing/eliminating internal and external wastes.
