No, we are not interchangeable. I don't want a PM doing interviews. I have never needed that in my life, and never will. If I need help with interviews, I will ask a qualified researcher for help. If I don't have one, I will fight for that job to be opened since we clearly need it.

Saying that only one thing can be done by one person isn't waterfall. Waterfall is about engineers taking forever to release a product. It is not waterfall to let specialists do specialized work.

Please don't use incorrect definitions of words to try to gaslight people into thinking that we don't want specialists. We do. We absolutely do.
